Below are Proclamations issued by Lord Rahkzan which supersede the 'Law of
the Soldier'
Proclamation
- The IAF represents the combined armies of the Empire, as well as a
standing force of regulars. The Clans all must swear allegiance to the
throne, and in doing so, swear their armies to serve the Empire. In times of
war or emergencies, the IAF will call upon the provincial/clan armies to
serve under it's command. Clan Leaders/Lords, whichever applies, are obliged
to act as the commander of the division, and will be given a field
commission of Knight Captain. It is then the Knight Captain's duty to obey
the High Command, which includes the Imperial Judicator, Imperial Captain,
and Rahkzan. The Knight Captain will also have a seat on the War Council, to
aid in the planning of strategy.
- Any Salan or Dalmite found in the Tarian Empire is to be killed on site.
