1.    The Imperial Judicator is responsible for administering the Imperial Armed Forces, not including the Crimson Legion. The Crimson Legion only follows the order of the Emperor unless expressly ordered to obey the Imperial Judicator.

2.    The Imperial Judicator operates under the direct command of the Emperor. His role is as military advisor to the Emperor. He also has the responsibility of setting the pay rate for soldiers, supplying them with equipment, and assuring that military facilities are kept in good working order.

 

3.    The Imperial Judicator will only command the local militias if given the authorization by the Emperor.

 

4.    Mobilize troops in alliance nations — only if they are Tarian troops stationed there. He may mobilize troops in Tariana.

 

5.    Due to the nature of the Imperial Judicator's duties, he must only travel outside of Tariana with permission from the Emperor. More often than not, permission will be granted.

 

6.    The Imperial Judicator may take Defensive actions. When the threats to the kingdom cease, a review will be done to study the Imperial Judicator's motives and reasoning. If they are found questionable, an investigation will be performed, and the Imperial Judicator interrogated. If they are deemed satisfactory, the Imperial Judicator will receive commendation.
